Our Story
EuroScope – Born from Passion. Built for Professionals.
EuroScope – From Passion to Professional Excellence
The EuroScope story began in 2004, when Gergely Csernák started developing a personal passion project. Over the years, this idea evolved into an increasingly sophisticated air traffic control solution.
In 2010, the EuroScope simulator was introduced, followed by the tower simulator. Through continuous innovation and development, EuroScope reached a major milestone in 2012, when it was first adopted for professional, real-world operations.
In 2025, EuroScope entered a new chapter through a strategic partnership with Geometria Ltd., a company with 40 years of experience in developing and operating mission-critical IT systems supporting critical infrastructure.
This partnership brings together EuroScope's specialised air traffic control expertise and innovative technology with Geometria's decades of experience in delivering reliable, mission-critical software solutions. By combining their complementary strengths, the two partners are opening new opportunities for the advancement and international expansion of professional air traffic control training and simulation solutions.
Selecting air traffic controllers is a complex task
Air traffic controllers must possess a range of skills that are essential to performing their duties safely and efficiently.
EuroScope enables these skills to be developed, observed, and assessed in realistic air traffic scenarios.
The system examines, among other things,
Situational Awareness
Working Memory
Spatial Orientation
Concentration
Multitasking
Reaction Time
Decision-Making
Performance Under Pressure

Realistic simulation. Measurable performance.
An online environment in which air traffic controllers’ skills can be monitored and assessed in realistic scenarios.
The solution we developed has already been proven in practical air traffic control training.
4 Key Areas of Application
Selection
Early identification of candidates with the required cognitive abilities and operational skills.
Training
Practice without a traditional simulator, with progressively increasing workload.
Performance measurement
Measurable performance data and an individual performance profile – not just a score.
Gamification
An engaging simulation that introduces aviation to younger generations and supports recruitment.

Why online?
No dedicated simulator is required for the initial selection and practice stages.
Candidates and students can access the system remotely, while the training organization can define its own tasks, scenarios, and difficulty levels.
